• Determination : Leaders have the desire to get the job done. They are always focused on getting results and accomplishing what they set out to do. They don't give up when things are getting tough. They always find the solution for their problem. 

• Communication : Communication is very important in our living world, right? Leaders are always clear with their words and ensure that each statement has a purpose.
