Sometimes it is important to say NO to people. To say someone that you will not accept or agree to something they requested more time. It is no wonder that so many people are uncomfortable saying NO, right? But let me tell you, when you say no to someone then you're not insulting them

NO is both the tool and barrier by which we establish and maintain the perimeter of ourselves. No recognizes that we are the agents of our own life and limits. See, if you're saying yes to something, it's really not difficult to say but the strength requires to say no to something.

You should say no to something that you really don't want to do by heart. Today in this article, I'll share some benefits of saying no. You can also read 👉 The Power of Saying NO by Simon Wright.

Benefits of Saying NO

  • More Time : There is actually no time to waste, right? Time has a lot of value, so it's important to only say yes to things that you really love to do or want to do by heart. Otherwise, it will not worth your time. By saying no to someone, you can save more time for yourself to grow then why not?
  • More Respect : Sometimes it may be not others but you. Yes!! sometimes you need to say no to yourself also, okay. Say no to something that harms your life, like - say no to procrastination, okay. It will give you more respect than ever. Try it.
  • Confidence : Understand one thing first, there is no shame to say no to someone. You don't owe anyone an explanation or any excuse. Just say no to something that you cannot do by heart. Trust me, it will make you more confident person.
  • More Control : Saying no is uncomfortable, right? If you say yes to something just because of any pressure, you'll not complete that a good way. Here I share a quote : they says, "Choose discomfort over resentment". Moreover, saying a no can give you more self control.

It is so important to able to say no so you feel empowered while even maintaining relationships with others. To say no to something is not a harm to anyone.
