How to Influence People | Leadership Quality

Everybody should be a leader in their own field. Leadership can be easily described as the power of an individual to motivate and enable others to contribute towards the success. Being a leader you should know how to influence people, right? So the question is, can you make people influence by you?

Okay! Not to worry about that. Today I'll share some idea that help you to influence people and to grow your leadership quality. You can also read  How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. 👈

• Try to Connect with Emotional Level : You can order someone from the physical level but if you want to influence that people or if you want that people to listen to you then you need to connect through emotional point of view, okay. It will  grow your leadership quality  as well.

• Respect Other People's Opinion : You should respect other's opinion also if you want that people to trust you or influence by you. Don't ever say anyone that, "you're wrong!" Instead of saying wrong you can say, "I understand your opinion but I have different point of view on that", okay.

• Give Genuine Importance towards the Person : See, you cannot act something that you're actually not, right? So, give genuine importance to the other people. Don't act to give importance. Be genuinely interested to their problem, only then you can solve them and win other's trust.

• Take the Person's Name : Taking the person's name repeatedly in any conversation to show you actually interested to talk with him. It will definitely help you to win that person's trust.

• Be a Leader, Not a Boss : As I said earlier in this article, you cannot order someone to do something. If you want to influence other people, you should have leadership quality who empowers others and coordinate with them.

• Acknowledge Your Mistake : Be a leader, you should acknowledge your own mistakes. People will be influenced by that also. Try it!
